The nose leads with fresh Edelhopfen character and delicate white-flower notes, creating an aromatic profile that is both clean and intense. Beneath lies a subtle cereal note from the grain base, avoiding any yeasty or solvent-like off-aromas typical of poorly managed alcohol removal. The recovered aroma compounds contribute to a well-balanced, composed bouquet.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens delicate and smooth, with fresh cereal and toasted malt notes unfolding across the mid-palate. A balanced bitterness emerges (17 IBU) without harshness, complemented by a crisp, refreshing quality that maintains the expected mouthfeel of a traditional lager. The finish carries a subtle bready undertone with lingering hoppy definition.
