Nessie presents a copper-red hue with pronounced haziness, a direct result of its traditional open copper vessel brewing. A cream-colored head sits atop the glass with steady retention, lending the beer a soft, inviting visual presence that reflects both craft intention and classical technique.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with assertive grapefruit and mango, layered beneath a distinct pine resin character that speaks to thoughtful hop selection. Peach and red berry notes emerge in the mid-ground, while the Malz foundation contributes caramel and a subtle nutty warmth that anchors the composition without overwhelming the citrus and resin.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with balanced citrus and caramel, moving through a peach-forward mid-section where nutty sweetness—reminiscent of cake crust edges—provides textural complexity. Bitterness builds gradually and remains restrained, never sharp, allowing the stone fruit and resinous hop character to coexist with malt sweetness in measured proportion.

The finish extends with a lingering balance of caramel malt and gentle bitterness, the resinous character fading to a clean, dry conclusion. Aftertaste remains fruity and composed, leaving no harsh edges.
