◎ Aussehen

Heliodora presents a pale, bright orange hue with excellent clarity and a luminous quality characteristic of the style. The white head is delicate and dissipates quickly, leaving minimal lacing on the glass. The low color intensity (3 SRM) allows the blood orange juice to shine through without muddying the presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with distinct blood orange notes, supported by clean lemon citrus and a crisp, dairy-forward lactic character from the Berliner Weisse fermentation. There is no perceptible hop aroma, allowing the fruit and yeast to dominate. The overall impression is refreshingly clean and food-friendly.

◐ Geschmack

The palate is exceptionally light and sharply tart, with the blood orange juice providing juicy, natural sweetness that is quickly countered by pronounced acidity. The finish is bone-dry with no residual sugar, and the low IBU (8) means bitterness plays almost no role. Malt presence is subtle, serving only to support the fruit and yeast-driven character.

The finish is dry and snappy, with the tartness lingering pleasantly without harshness. No sweetness or malt character persists; the aftertaste remains citric and clean.
