◎ Aussehen

Pale straw yellow with pronounced haze throughout the body, a hallmark of the witbier style. A fine white head rises upon pouring and clings to the glass with good retention, leaving delicate lacing as it settles. The beer appears soft and approachable in the glass, with gentle carbonation visible as fine bubbles.

◌ Aroma

Coriander seed and dried orange peel dominate the nose with clarity and restraint, joined immediately by banana and clove esters from the yeast work. Beneath these top notes lies a lemony acidity and hints of soft wheat grain. The spice profile remains balanced—never aggressive—creating an inviting, refreshing bouquet.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with soft wheat malt and a gentle spice presence that never overwhelms. Coriander and orange develop mid-palate with pleasant citric acidity, while banana and clove from the yeast provide subtle complexity. The spice stays measured throughout, and bitterness remains light and grainy, allowing the wheat body and adjunct character to lead.

The finish turns dry and crisp, with lingering grain notes and a whisper of citric acidity. Bitterness fades quietly, leaving a clean, refreshing aftertaste.
