The hop character dominates the nose with vibrant lemon zest and orange peel notes, supported by a delicate floral backdrop reminiscent of elderflower and fresh meadow herbs. The Edelhopfen aroma sits prominently in the foreground, lending an almost perfumed quality. Malz stays restrained and clean, allowing the herbal hop profile to shine without competition.

The palate opens clean and crisp, with a slim malt structure that remains dry and cracker-like throughout. The herbal bitterness builds gently in the mid-palate and carries firmly into the finish, showing restraint rather than aggression.
