◎ Aussehen

Clear amber-gold in the glass, bright and translucent beneath the hop character. The head forms with solid retention, settling into a fine lacing that clings to the glass as you drink. Carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, supporting the beer's structure without dominance.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with assertive noble hop character—orange marmalade and grapefruit peel lead, underpinned by a resinous, herbal layer that speaks to careful hop selection. Beneath the aromatics lies a supporting malt foundation of caramel and biscuit, adding warmth and body to the overall impression.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with balanced bitterness and malt sweetness, the caramel and biscuit malz providing substance that anchors the assertive hop bitterness. The mid-palate reveals orange and grapefruit notes alongside a clean, herbal-resinous character that builds steadily without harshness. At 6.5% ABV, the beer carries enough strength to support the heavy hopping without becoming hot or alcoholic.

The bitterness is firm and lingers long, drying the palate with precision. The finish remains clean and herb-edged, leaving no rough edges despite the assertive character.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.
