Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass with crisp definition. The carbonation is lively and visible, producing a steady stream of small bubbles that maintain the foam collar throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant grapefruit and citrus notes underscored by white flowers and delicate clove spice. Behind these bright top notes lies a subtle Malz foundation, dry and slightly grainy, with no trace of sweetness or overripeness.

◐ Geschmack

A clean, direct entry presents soft Malt character and a crisp noble-hop bitterness that builds gradually across the palate. The mid-palate remains lean and refreshing, with a slight mineral quality, before resolving into a bone-dry finish devoid of residual sweetness.

Short to medium finish with a lingering dryness and a faint peppery spice that fades cleanly. No cloying aftertaste; the palate is left refreshed and ready for another sip.
