The beer presents itself with moderate clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the rim with gentle lacing. Carbonation is lively but restrained, appropriate to the beer's low ABV and refreshing character.

The nose opens with bright, ripe berry notes—blackcurrant, redcurrant, and raspberry prominent, with subtle blackberry undertones. Beneath the fruit sits the characteristic citrus and coriander signature of the base witbier, along with faint hints of wheat and a soft spice. No harsh acetaldehyde or phenolic notes intrude; the organic juices provide a naturally clean, fruity bouquet.

Entry is crisp and light, with the berry juices delivering natural acidity that brightens the palate without sharpness. Mid-palate balances soft maltiness from the organic wheat base with layered berry character—raspberry and blackcurrant lead, followed by redcurrant's tartness. Bitterness is minimal (12 IBU), allowing the fruit and gentle spice to dominate; any sweetness remains restrained and melts quickly.
