Ski House presents a pale, translucent straw-gold color with exceptional clarity and fine carbonation visible as a steady stream of fine bubbles. A thick, creamy white head forms on the pour and persists with good retention, leaving delicate lacing along the glass as it recedes.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant citrus and fresh orange zest, followed by warm spice notes of coriander and white pepper. Beneath these top notes lies a gentle herbal warmth from Maine-grown ginger, underpinned by a soft, bready Malz character that grounds the composition without dominating.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with pronounced orange and citrus, quickly joined by peppery coriander and the gentle building heat of ginger. The full, soft body from red wheat, raw white wheat, and oats provides a creamy mouthfeel, while the 15 IBU bitterness remains restrained and refined, allowing the spice and fruit to lead.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and moderately long, with lingering orange zest and a whisper of ginger heat. The 7.5% alcohol reveals itself as a light warmth in the aftertaste rather than any harshness, leaving a pleasant, spiced dryness.
