◎ Aussehen

Pale straw yellow with excellent clarity and bright, lively carbonation. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with persistent, delicate lacing, characteristic of a well-attenuated spontaneous fermentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with ripe stone fruit—apricot and peach—layered with bright citrus zest and candied honey notes. A subtle earthiness and oak undertone emerge beneath, accompanied by the distinctive funky complexity of wild yeast fermentation, remaining clean and inviting rather than rustic or harsh.

◐ Geschmack

Elegant and restrained on entry, with a fine bitterness (10 IBU) that frames rather than dominates. The mid-palate reveals a delicate interplay of lemon, subtle tropical notes, and candied fruit from the blend's maturation, while the low alcohol (6.3%) allows the complexity of the fermentation to shine without warmth or heaviness.

◑ Abgang

The finish is crisp and bone-dry, with a lingering bright acidity and barely perceptible oak tannin that fades to a clean, mineral-like dryness. No sweetness remains; the aftertaste is refreshing and inviting of another sip.
