The nose opens with vibrant raspberry fruit, cut with subtle oak complexity from extended barrel maturation. Beneath the fruit sits a light, earthy funk characteristic of spontaneous fermentation—neither overwhelming nor absent, but present as an underscore to the primary stone-fruit notes.
