Wild Horse Brewing Co
Wild Horse Brewing Co was set up in 2015 by Dave and Emma Faragher on Builder Street in Llandudno, on the North Wales coast, to bring the keg beers they had tasted in North America to the region. Brewing began on an 80-litre kit and moved to a 16-hectolitre brewhouse in 2016; grain is milled on site, and everything is kegged or canned unfiltered and unpasteurised. The range centres on hazy pale ales and IPAs alongside the house lager Buckskin and the session IPA Nokota. The name refers to the wild Carneddau ponies of the nearby mountains, and a taproom sits next door.

How we measure this
Two thresholds are at work here:
- The signature list shows notes that recur in at least 6% of this brewery's beers. A low bar — enough to flag a pattern, not high enough to call it an exclusive trait.
- The peer comparison below shows only notes where this brewery's coverage differs from similar breweries by at least 20 percentage points. A higher bar — enough to call a real difference, not a nudge.
A note can appear on the signature list without appearing in the peer comparison: it recurs here, but similar breweries do the same thing.
