Pressure Drop Brewing
Pressure Drop Brewing is an independent brewery in Tottenham Hale, north London. Graham O'Brien, Sam Smith and Ben Freeman began in a garden shed in Stoke Newington, moved into a railway arch in Hackney in 2013 and have brewed on a 20-barrel plant at the present site since 2017. The pale ale Pale Fire has long been the mainstay; around it runs a steady flow of hazy pale ales and IPAs under changing names, joined by lagers, porters and fruited sours. A team of about ten brews and packages everything on site, mainly for keg and can.

How we measure this
Two thresholds are at work here:
- The signature list shows notes that recur in at least 6% of this brewery's beers. A low bar — enough to flag a pattern, not high enough to call it an exclusive trait.
- The peer comparison below shows only notes where this brewery's coverage differs from similar breweries by at least 20 percentage points. A higher bar — enough to call a real difference, not a nudge.
A note can appear on the signature list without appearing in the peer comparison: it recurs here, but similar breweries do the same thing.
King Queen Knave
Their beers place in the Top 62% of the catalogue on average, across 6 ranked beers. One clear standout well ahead of the rest.
