King Queen Knave

Tap to rate

King Queen Knave grew out of the brewery's long run of New England-style pale experiments and joined the regular brew schedule in 2021. Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe give a broad hop character, with citrus, tropical fruit and a touch of pine resin, over a pale, smooth and cloudy body. The brewery calls it a fruit basket of hop flavour, finished by a little dry bitterness. Softer and fuller than the house pale ale, it is the stronger of the two permanent pales.
