Pale Fire
Pale Fire is the house pale ale and the beer the brewery has made most often, first brewed in a Hackney shed and adjusted over the years. It pours hazy and soft; Mosaic and Citra hops bring mango, grapefruit and tangerine, with tropical fruit on the nose. The body is juicy without turning sweet, and a clear, balanced bitterness closes each sip. Barley and wheat form the malt base. Earlier versions were hopped with Mosaic and Amarillo.
