Feldschlößchen Brauerei
The large regional brewery in Dresden traces its roots to a former excursion inn in the south of the city, where the Meisl brothers took over the site in 1838 and founded the Aktienbrauerei zum Feldschlößchen in 1858. In GDR times it became part of VEB Dresdner Brauereien, and in 1981 brewing began at the new site in Dresden-Coschütz, still the production centre today. After Holsten and Carlsberg, it has belonged since 2011 to a mid-sized group that also owns Frankfurter Brauhaus and Gilde Brauerei. The old engine house on Budapester Straße now serves as its tap.

They stay close to the peer baseline on their recurring notes.
How we measure this
Two thresholds are at work here:
- The signature list shows notes that recur in at least 6% of this brewery's beers. A low bar — enough to flag a pattern, not high enough to call it an exclusive trait.
- The peer comparison below shows only notes where this brewery's coverage differs from similar breweries by at least 20 percentage points. A higher bar — enough to call a real difference, not a nudge.
A note can appear on the signature list without appearing in the peer comparison: it recurs here, but similar breweries do the same thing.
Feldschlößchen Kellerbier
Their beers place in the Top 24% of the catalogue on average, across 10 ranked beers. Consistent rather than spiky — no single standout carrying the rest.
