🌍 Germany · Maibock · One of 10 Maibocks in hopIQ

Feldschlößchen Maibock was the first beer of the brewery's seasonal edition series and is sold each spring. This bottom-fermented strong beer reaches 7.2 % from 16.4 °P original gravity and pours golden. The brewers add an extra portion of hops and allow long fermentation and lagering. Despite its strength it tastes round and soft: honeyed malt and bread dough meet a spicy, herbal hop aroma, and the natural hop bitterness stands out clearly in the finish.
