Deep golden to pale amber color with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass with deliberate retention. The carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, creating a soft, inviting visual presence that speaks to careful lagering and conditioning.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with dense, bready Munich malt character—toasted grain and gentle honey tones that sit at the forefront. Subtle floral and herbal notes from noble hops provide a clean, restrained backdrop, while a touch of alcohol warmth rounds out the profile without dominating.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with rich malt sweetness and a pronounced brooding quality from well-selected Munich base malts, followed by a smooth, clean mid-palate development. Bitterness is minimal at 16 IBU, allowing the malt character and subtle honey notes to dominate, while moderate alcohol warmth (6.8%) adds body and depth without harshness.

The finish is relatively short to moderate, drying gently as the malt sweetness recedes and a whisper of toasted grain lingers. A pleasant, warming alcohol note provides closure without heat or abruptness.
