Membership has been open to the public since 2016, and the cooperative now counts close to 4,000 members. Beer is brewed in a listed brewhouse, fermented in open vessels and bottled cold without heat treatment, using water from its own spring in the Drei Schwestern area. Most of the range is certified organic.
