A bright golden yellow lager with excellent clarity and a pale, delicate head. The foam settles quickly to a thin collar, leaving modest lacing on the glass. Fine carbonation visible throughout, lending a crisp visual character despite the minimal alcohol content.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with soft caramel sweetness underscored by a subtle vanilla note, creating an inviting entry. Noble hops emerge on the second pass, bringing herbal and slightly green character typical of traditional lager hopping. The aroma remains restrained and balanced, avoiding any harsh alcohol volatility.

◐ Taste

The palate strikes a lean, crisp profile where Edelhopfen bitterness takes the lead immediately. Grainy malt provides a modest backbone beneath the hop-forward character, with herbal notes and a surprising kiwi-like fruitiness adding complexity. Bitterness persists confidently through the mid-palate without becoming aggressive, and the overall sensation remains dry and thirst-quenching.

The finish is clean and medium in length, with hop bitterness remaining the dominant note. A grainy dryness lingers pleasantly without any astringency or harsh edges.
