The nose leads with pronounced herbal hop character, displaying the signature Edelhopfen profile expected from the brewery's original Pilsener. Subtle hay and fresh lemon notes emerge underneath, creating a clean, garden-like impression without any vegetal harshness or solvent notes typical of dealcoholized beers.

The palate opens with a lean, brisk entry that immediately engages the taste buds with grassy and lime-forward notes.
