The beer builds a creamy, persistent head that clings to the glass with fine adhesion. Carbonation is moderate and evenly dispersed, supporting a smooth, inviting visual presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with soft biscuit and light caramel notes drawn from the coastal barley base, creating a warm, inviting entry. Delicate herbal and noble hop aromatics layer atop the malt foundation, adding refinement without assertiveness. The overall character is restrained and balanced, avoiding any sharp or metallic edges.

◐ Taste

Entry is smooth and full-bodied, with the malt's biscuit sweetness establishing an immediate presence on the palate. The mid-palate develops a gentle herbal dimension from the noble hops, creating a pleasant textural contrast to the soft malt frame. Bitterness arrives moderate and clean at 18 IBU, finishing without harshness or lingering astringency.
