Birrificio Vetra
Vetra has been brewing since 2016 in Caronno Pertusella, in the province of Varese; the company address and its own pub, Vetra Navigli near the Darsena, are in Milan. It was set up by a group of friends: head brewer Stefano Simonelli, a partner from the bar trade and three people from advertising and branding. The tagline is birra di strada. Six beers form the fixed line-up – Pils, Pale, IPA, Bock, Saison and Black – joined by seasonal beers and, since 2023, by Wondercraft, a series of one-off collaboration brews, most of them with breweries from other countries.
