The beer presents a delicate, fine-bubbled head with gentle lacing that clings softly to the glass walls. The low color intensity (5 SRM) combines with the fruit coloring to produce an unusual and visually arresting presentation.

The nose opens with bright stone fruit notes—apricot and peach lead, followed by honeyed sweetness and red berry undertones. Osmanthus flowers contribute a subtle floral complexity that prevents the fruit from dominating. The aromatic profile remains restrained and well-integrated, with no harsh or fermented edges.

Entry is clean and lightly tart, the lactose providing a soft, almost creamy foundation that balances the acidity from the sour base. Mid-palate brings forward blueberry character alongside stone fruit notes, while oat flakes contribute a gentle, grainy texture. The minimal bitterness (10 IBU) remains nearly imperceptible, allowing fruit and flowers to define the palate without interference.
