◎ Appearance

Pale gold in color with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent head that leaves delicate lacing down the glass. The carbonation is crisp and well-integrated, creating a gentle effervescence appropriate to the style. The slender profile maintains definition throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright citrus and grassy notes that lead into a subtle floral character reminiscent of elderflower. These aromatics sit atop a clean, restrained malt foundation that allows the noble hop character to remain the focal point. The overall impression is fresh and inviting without any harsh or vegetal edges.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and dry with a grainy sweetness from the malt base that quickly yields to a light, measured bitterness. The mid-palate balances herbal and citrus elements from the Edelpilzen hops against a subtle honey undertone, maintaining dryness throughout. Bitterness builds gradually rather than assertively, finishing with a clean, refreshing character.

The finish is clean and crisp with the bitterness lingering moderately without becoming harsh. A faint honey sweetness persists briefly before fading into a dry, grassy aftertaste that invites another sip.
