Only The Sea

Tap to rate

Only The Sea is Unity's hazy house IPA, drawing on the East Coast and West Coast schools. Oats and spelt join the barley; a heavy dry hop of Mosaic supplies juicy fruit, Columbus a subtle dank note, and the beer comes out big, soft and fruity. An original Unity beer, it was sold as Collision until April 2022, when only name and artwork changed. The name borrows from a French film director's remark about new-wave cinema. Once 6.2%, it is 5.8% today. Regional SIBA medals: bronze 2021, gold 2022.
