Awesome Mix Vol. 1

Tap to rate

Awesome Mix Vol. 1 is a 6% IPA modelled on a piña colada, with pineapple and a pronounced coconut note. It opened a series at Unity in which each member of the team designs a beer for one season; this first one, from 2025, was conceived as a fruity beer to welcome the spring. It was poured mainly on draught, at the brewery taproom and in pubs, and also appeared in cans.

Serve at 8–11°C

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

Tulip glass

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.

Drink fresh. Session IPAs are brewed to be consumed young — the hops are at their best now.
