Tap to rate

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with classic pine and citrus notes from Simcoe, anchoring the hop profile in old-school American tradition. El Dorado layers in ripe tropical fruit—pineapple and mango—that blend seamlessly with the evergreen backbone. Underneath runs a soft, clean malt foundation with subtle wheat character that adds delicacy without asserting grain flavours.

◐ Taste

The palate entry is crisp and approachable, with the dual hop character unfolding across the mid-palate: piney resins meet stone fruit and tropical sweetness. Bitterness is restrained at 38 IBU, present enough to frame the flavours without dominating, while wheat and barley contribute a smooth, almost silky mouthfeel. The beer finishes dry without harshness, allowing hop and malt to speak in balance.
