Unity Brewing Co was founded in Southampton in 2016 by James Hatherley and became known for hazy, hop-led beers that leave the brewery unfiltered, unfined and unpasteurised. The original company went into liquidation in February 2023. A few months later local buyers took over the brewing kit, the assets and the brand and brought the established recipes back, keeping most of the former team. Shop and taproom are at Princes Street in Southampton. The house range consists of four beers: a hazy pale ale, a hazy IPA, a California-style pale ale and a Pilsner.
