◎ Appearance

Conflux presents a pale golden hue with notable haze throughout the body, characteristic of the New England IPA style. The head is substantial and pillowy, settling into a fine lace that clings to the glass with each sip. Carbonation is moderate and evenly dispersed, lending a soft, round mouthfeel.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by bright tropical fruit notes—mango, pineapple, and passionfruit—layered with a subtle earthiness from the Mosaic and Galaxy hops. Beneath the hop-forward profile, a gentle brioche sweetness and toffee maltiness emerge, adding warmth and textural depth. The overall aromatic impression is juicy and inviting, with a clean citrus edge that prevents any cloying sensation.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and full-bodied, with the malt foundation providing a rounded toffee and biscuit character that underpins the hop expression. Mid-palate layers in concentrated tropical fruit and stone fruit flavors from the Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy, balanced against moderate bitterness that remains restrained at 45 IBU. The chewy mouthfeel and creamy texture persist throughout, creating a satisfying and drinkable experience despite the complexity.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and dry, with lingering citrus and light stone fruit notes gradually fading. A light hoppy dryness replaces any residual sweetness, leaving the palate refreshed and primed for another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
