Southern Weather
Southern Weather is a hazy pale ale of 5.0 % built around New Zealand hops and brewed with a partner brewery. German malts, spelt, wheat and oats make a light, fluffy base. Motueka, Pacific Sunrise, New Zealand Cascade and a touch of Nelson Sauvin are used from the mash through to a double dry hop. Pineapple, grapefruit, passion fruit and gooseberry fill the aroma, balanced by a gentle piney character.
