Flaggy Shore
Flaggy Shore is an oyster stout of 4.5 %, named after a stretch of coast in County Clare where the Burren meets the Atlantic. The oysters come from bays on that same coast. The base is a sweet, velvety oatmeal stout; more than 30 kg of oysters are added late in the boil and contribute a savoury umami note.
