The nose leads with bright, juicy stone fruit and citrus notes from the Mosaic dry hop, evoking peach and tangerine. A subtle dank undertone from Columbus grounds the composition without dominating, while the oats and spelt contribute a soft, biscuity grain base. Overall the aromatics are fresh and balanced, welcoming without sharp edges.

The palate enters soft and fruity, with the same juicy character from the Mosaic translating cleanly from the nose. The oats and spelt lend a smooth, slightly creamy texture that rounds out the mid-palate, while Columbus provides a restrained, herbal bitterness at around 50 IBUs. The beer feels substantial yet refreshing, never harsh or overly resinous.
