Stone Delicious Hazy IPA

◎ Appearance

Stone Delicious presents a pale straw to golden hue, distinctly hazy throughout the glass due to suspended yeast and hop matter. A thick, creamy white head forms on the pour and persists with good retention, leaving broad bands of lacing down the sides. Fine carbonation creates a soft, pillowy appearance consistent with the New England IPA style.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with ripe peach candy and bright orange citrus notes, followed by a distinctive creamy vanilla character that softens the top. Sabro's tropical coconut edge emerges underneath, while subtle pineapple undertones and a whisper of vanilla cream round out the aromatic profile. The overall impression is juicy and approachable rather than aggressively resinous.

◐ Taste

Entry is smooth and full-bodied, with the promised tropical and stone fruit notes unfolding across the mid-palate: orange with cream, pineapple, and peach combine seamlessly. The bitterness sits low at 45 IBU, integrated rather than sharp, allowing the creamy sweetness and coconut character of Sabro to take center stage. Body is plush and creamy, coating the mouth without harshness.

The finish extends long and soft, trailing vanilla and a hint of coconut without becoming cloying. No harsh hop burn or astringency interrupts the gentle fade, leaving behind a pleasant sweetness and mouthfeel.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
