The nose leads with fresh fruit notes—strawberry and citrus from the Loral and Mosaic hops. A pronounced juicy, tropical character emerges with pineapple and stone fruit, underscored by a subtle herbal whisper of white sage. The aromatic profile balances brightness with a restrained floral complexity.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a crisp entry of mixed berry—strawberry, blueberry, and grape—recalling fresh juice more than traditional malt sweetness. The mid-palate maintains that juicy character with a light, refreshing body and hints of white sage adding complexity. A moderate, clean bitterness develops toward the finish without dominating.
