◎ Appearance

Pale golden-yellow with a distinctly hazy, opaque character typical of the New England style. The dense, off-white head exhibits good retention and leaves light lacing on the glass. Effervescence is moderate, creating a soft, pillowed surface.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright tropical fruit—mango, pineapple, and papaya—layered beneath a pronounced resinous hop character from Columbus. Citra adds citrus zest and subtle floral notes. The malt base is restrained, allowing the hop aromatics to dominate without harshness.

◐ Taste

Entry is full-bodied and creamy, with tropical and citrus flavors arriving immediately. The mid-palate sustains a wave of resinous, earthy hop bitterness balanced by a soft malt sweetness that prevents the beer from becoming austere. Bitterness sits at 60 IBU—assertive but never sharp, fading gradually into the finish.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and moderately long, with lingering resinous and piney notes. The alcohol warmth (8% ABV) remains well-integrated, never dominant.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
