◎ Appearance

Golden-yellow body with pronounced haze from oat malt contribution, creating an opaque, inviting appearance. The head is substantial and creamy, with fine retention and visible lacing that clings to the glass as you drink. Bright carbonation is evident throughout, with steady bubble formation rising through the cloudy body.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant tropical fruit character—ripe mango and pineapple dominate, backed by bright citrus zest from the Azacca and BRU-1 hops. Beneath the hop intensity sits a subtle malt sweetness from Golden Promise, adding depth without overshadowing the aromatic profile. Clean fermentation allows the fruit and floral notes to shine without yeasty or estery distractions.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and welcoming, with the oat malt providing silky mouthfeel that belies the 8.2% ABV. Mid-palate develops tropical and citrus fruit flavors in harmony with a restrained but present bitterness—around 50 IBU—that balances rather than dominates. The full body carries the beer smoothly across the palate, with malt sweetness and hop bitterness in equilibrium, finishing with a long dry note.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and lingering, with citrus pith and light herbal notes extending into the aftertaste. Bitterness fades gradually, leaving a clean palate with residual fruit character that invites another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
