Hazy golden-yellow with a soft, pillowy white head that clings to the glass in delicate lace. The cloudiness stems from the wheat and oat adjuncts, creating an opaque, inviting pour. Carbonation is lively but not aggressive, supporting a stable foam.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with ripe citrus zest—grapefruit and orange pith—backed by stone fruit warmth from passion fruit and strawberry notes. A resinous, herbaceous edge from Strata cuts through, lending a subtle dank character without overwhelming the fruit. The Mosaic hops provide gentle floral undertones beneath the fruit-forward profile.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and welcoming, with the oat-derived body carrying stone fruit and citrus flavors smoothly across the palate. Mid-palate develops a pleasant interplay of orange zest and grapefruit alongside a subtle weedy, resinous kick from the Strata. Bitterness remains moderate and refined, finishing dry without harshness or heat despite the 8% ABV.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and moderately lingering, with citrus and resinous notes fading gracefully into a dry aftertaste. No harsh alcohol burn or excessive astringency interrupts the pleasant fade.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
