Hazy Booming Rollers presents a pale golden hue with pronounced turbidity from suspended yeast and protein, characteristic of the New England IPA style. The dense, creamy head forms immediately and clings to the glass with good retention. Bright carbonation drives steady streams of tiny bubbles through the hazy body.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with ripe stone fruit—mango and lychee from Citra create a tropical sweetness, while Motueka adds darker stone fruit complexity with subtle plum notes. A delicate lime zest cuts through, accompanied by a light floral undertone that prevents the aromatic profile from becoming cloying. The overall impression is vibrant and layered without aggressive hop intensity.

◐ Taste

Entry is clean and fruit-forward, with stone fruit and tropical notes translating well from the aroma onto the palate. The two-row and Carafoam base provides a light, structured malt backbone that supports a snappy bitterness—gentle enough to remain approachable at 6.7% ABV but firm enough to define the mid-palate. The wheat contributes a soft, pillowy texture that complements the hop character without muddying the finish.

The finish is crisp and refreshing, with the bitterness fading to a subtle citrus aftertaste. No harsh astringency lingers; instead, a clean, dry conclusion leaves the palate ready for the next sip.
