◎ Appearance

Ultra Cloud presents a dense, hazy straw colour with suspended yeast creating a characteristic turbidity throughout. The head forms with modest retention, and fine carbonation rises steadily through the glass. The overall impression is one of soft, approachable opacity rather than aggressive cloudiness.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with ripe tropical stone fruit—lychee and guava dominate the immediate attack, followed by a creamy mango gelato note that adds textural warmth. A single-hop expression of Citra yields clean citrus undertones without harshness, allowing the fruit-forward character to remain in the foreground.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and approachable, with pineapple and papaya notes unfolding across the mid-palate. Bitterness remains restrained at 45 IBU, acting as a frame rather than a focal point, allowing stone fruit and tropical notes to persist. The body is light and refreshing, never turning heavy or astringent.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and zesty, with Citra's citrus character emerging as a light brightening note. Aftertaste remains fruit-forward without lingering bitterness, fading smoothly to a refreshing dryness.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
