Opacity is intentional and characteristic of the style, with visible suspended matter from unfiltered fermentation. Carbonation appears moderate and well-integrated, supporting a creamy visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright tropical and stone fruit notes—papaya, mango, and peach—layered with citrus zest from the Citra and Cascade additions. Galaxy and Mosaic contribute subtle floral and herbal undertones that soften the intensity. The overall impression is aromatic without being aggressive, inviting immediate engagement.

The palate opens with a soft, juicy character that emphasizes fruit expression over sharp bitterness. Stone fruit and citrus flavors dominate the mid-palate, accompanied by a light piney note that adds structure without harshness. The 35 IBU bitterness is gentle and well-balanced, creating an approachable finish that doesn't overwhelm.

The finish is clean and relatively short, fading with lingering citrus and a whisper of peach. Refreshing character prevails, with no harsh residue or excessive drying.
