◎ Appearance

Green presents a pale golden hue with a distinctive haze that defines the New England IPA aesthetic. The cloudiness comes from both yeast and hop matter suspended throughout, creating an opaque, inviting appearance. A thick, creamy head forms on the pour and clings to the glass with solid retention.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads decisively with pineapple and tropical fruit notes, backed by gentle citrus and subtle floral undertones from the noble hops. Peach emerges on closer inspection, layered beneath the primary fruit expression. The aroma carries hop character without any assertive green or grassy notes—instead, it reads as ripe and inviting.

◐ Taste

The palate opens juicy and soft, with pineapple and peach flavors coating the mouth immediately. Mid-palate reveals a full-bodied, almost creamy texture that belies the moderate 7.5% ABV, supported by a clean malz foundation. Bitterness remains remarkably restrained at 45 IBU—the hop character reads as aromatic flavor rather than sharp bite.

The finish is clean and medium in length, allowing the tropical fruit character to fade gracefully without lingering harshness. A light citrus note persists briefly before yielding to refreshment.
