◎ Appearance

Golden-amber hue with a pale straw undertone, characteristic of the style's moderate color depth. The beer presents a cloudy, hazy appearance from suspended yeast and protein, with a generous, creamy head that clings persistently to the glass walls. Fine carbonation creates a soft, pillowy mouthfeel.

◌ Aroma

The nose strikes with bold, assertive hop character dominated by tropical fruit notes—mango, pineapple, and stone fruit leap forward immediately. Citrus zest and peach sit prominently in the mid-range, supported by a subtle floral quality from the noble hop profile. Underneath lies a soft malt bed that grounds the composition without asserting itself.

◐ Taste

Entry is smooth and full-bodied, with ripe peach and citrus leading the palate before tropical fruit notes swell in the mid-palate. A touch of residual sweetness balances the hoppy character, creating a rich, layered experience that feels considerably warmer than its 8% ABV might suggest. Bitterness emerges as a supporting player rather than a dominant force, offering structure without harshness.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and medium in length, with lingering citrus and peach notes that fade gracefully. The hop character persists gently on the aftertaste without turning dry or astringent.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
