◎ Appearance

Pale golden-yellow with pronounced haze from suspended yeast and protein, creating a soft, cloudy body that scatters light. A dense, creamy head forms on the pour and maintains solid adhesion to the glass walls throughout the drinking experience. Fine carbonation contributes to the pillowy mouthfeel rather than sharp effervescence.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with ripe tropical stone fruit and citrus pith—mandarin, passionfruit, and grapefruit—layered over a waxy, resinous hop oil character that feels fresh and grassy. Subtle floral notes and a light herbal complexity emerge in the background, while clean fermentation allows the hop expression to dominate without yeast esters or buttery notes.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and approachable despite the 8% ABV, with tropical and stone fruit flavors developing immediately across the palate. Mid-palate brings balanced hop bitterness—measured at 60 IBU—alongside piney, resinous complexity and a creamy sweetness from the malt backbone. The finish lingers with citrus pith bitterness and a gentle warming alcohol note, though the overall impression remains clean and refreshing rather than harsh or hot.

Medium-length finish with persistent grapefruit and pine notes that fade gradually into dry, bitter citrus pith. Residual hop oil and the soft body prevent any astringency, leaving a pleasant, lingering herbal aftertaste.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
