◎ Appearance

Pours a deep, saturated haze with a milky golden-amber body characteristic of the style. The head holds with moderate persistence and lays down fine lacing along the glass. The opacity is deliberate and inviting, evidence of substantial grain bill and technique.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus—lime and grapefruit—that emerges immediately from the glass. Stone fruit and tropical notes follow: peach forward, with melon and passionfruit developing in the mid-range. Edelhopfen character dominates; the malt base remains soft and recessive beneath the fruit expression.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with overripe mango and melon, the fruit notes saturating the mid-palate with juicy intensity. Bitterness arrives moderate and balanced, not sharp, and integrates cleanly with the sweet, tropical character. The mouthfeel is thick and velvety throughout, with a creamy texture that reinforces the full body without heaviness.

◑ Finish

The finish is medium in length, trailing off with lingering stone fruit and subtle citrus. At 10% ABV, the alcohol remains largely buried beneath the fruit, contributing warmth rather than heat or harshness.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
