◎ Appearance

Pours a deep gold with excellent clarity and a fluffy white head that displays good retention. The carbonation is evident and maintains a bright, inviting appearance throughout the glass. Lacing clings to the sides with moderate persistence.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright citrus notes—sweet lemon and candied orange—layered beneath stone fruit character of cherry skin and ripe red apple. A subtle honey warmth and strawberry shortcake sweetness emerge in the mid-range, with a delicate hint of licorice adding complexity and intrigue to the overall bouquet.

◐ Taste

The palate is medium-bodied with a balanced sweetness that never becomes cloying. Lemon and caramel meld on entry, followed by ripe red apple and the continuation of strawberry shortcake notes through the mid-palate. Bitterness is restrained for the style, appearing primarily in the finish rather than dominating the drinking experience.

◑ Finish

The finish is moderately long with a clean, dry conclusion where the hop bitterness finally asserts itself. A subtle licorice note lingers pleasantly in the aftertaste, leaving no harsh edges.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
