◎ Appearance

Puff presents a pale golden hue with a distinctly hazy appearance, characteristic of its style. The turbidity stems from oats and wheat in the grain bill, creating a soft, cloudy suspension. A modest white head forms and fades gradually, leaving delicate lacing on the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus notes—orange zest and hints of grapefruit—layered beneath waves of tropical fruit: mango, passionfruit, and stone fruit. Peach and apricot emerge as supporting characters. A subtle resinous undertone from the hop blend adds complexity without overwhelming the fruit-forward profile.

◐ Taste

Entry is smooth and fruit-driven, with peachy and tropical notes settling into the palate. The oat and wheat base delivers a creamy, full-bodied mouthfeel that balances the hop character. Bitterness remains moderate and controlled, sitting in the mid-range without asserting dominance, allowing the stone fruit and citrus to maintain focus through the mid-palate.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and refreshing, with lingering peach and citrus notes fading gradually. No harshness or excessive drying; the aftertaste tilts toward the fruit and a whisper of resin.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
