The nose opens with pronounced tropical stone fruit—lychee dominates with its floral, slightly sweet character, while dragonfruit contributes subtle exotic notes. Underneath lies a gentle tartness from the lactobacillus fermentation, balanced by soft malt undertones that provide a light, grainy foundation. The overall impression is bright and approachable, free from any harsh or vinegary edges.

The palate leads with clean, refreshing acidity that frames the fruit character without overwhelming. Lychee and dragonfruit flavors come through clearly in the mid-palate, supported by apple juice sweetness that adds dimension and prevents one-dimensionality.
