Tap to rate

Sour cherries and almonds on the nose, an intense fruitiness from the real fruit on the palate, and a touch of almond from the cherry pits to round it off. Whole sour cherries, skin and stones included, ferment and macerate in young lambic for about six months, around 400 g per litre, before the cherry lambic is blended and refermented in the bottle. Ruby red at 6.0 % ABV, with no added sugar and no artificial flavourings.
