Unne Zieverzak Brabantse Tripel
A citrus-like bitterness and the fruitiness of the Belgian tripel yeast meet the American Amarillo hop in this golden 8% Brabant beer. Pilsner and Cara 120 malts form the base. The recipe was launched in August 2020 as a tripel made especially for Schaijk and quickly proved a success.

Serve at 10–13°C in a goblet. The yeast character and carbonation are the stars — cold would suppress both.
The wide mouth and heavy base promote head formation and channel rich aromatics toward the nose. Traditional for Belgian strong ales.
Drink within 2 years. Some complexity develops with age but the yeast character is best relatively fresh.
